We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Credited to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Standard returns require customer-paid shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened skincare products, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery with photos for immediate replacement.
